 YOUR INVISIBLE FENCE BRAND SUPPORT STAFF KEN GROSSKOPF – President / Owner Ken has owned and operated Invisible Fence by Golrusk for over 29 years. He purchased the company after first buying Golrusk Pet Care Center. Ken is certified in all aspects of the company… having over 30 years of experience in the industry makes Ken an icon of information regardless of how old the system or what the problem is. Ken is our go-to-guy when all else fails. JEANNE DeBAUCHE – General Manager Jeanne came to Invisible Fence by Golrusk in 2006 after almost 20 years in retail advertising and marketing. Jeanne prides herself on managing a staff of associates that make Customer Service a top priority. Jeanne is certified in Customer Service, and Perfect Start Pet Training, as well as Advanced Sales. Jeanne not only over sees every day operations, but she is also very active in sales. It’s also not out of the ordinary to see Jeanne in the field helping with installs, and trainings. Jeanne has three pets at home - a Lhasa Apso named Barbie, a Yorkie named Ziggie and a cat named Molly. CASSI MAKI – Pet Consultant Cassi began her career with Invisible Fence by Golrusk in 2007 ~ coming to the company with over 15 years of sales experience. Cassi’s main goal is to see that every customer’s needs are met by using her experience and knowledge of Invisible Fence products as well as her knowledge of pets to provide the best pet containment option Invisible Fence Brand has to offer. Cassi also works closely with outside contractors involved with properties such as building contractors and landscapers. Cassi has been certified as a Pet Consultant for Invisible Fence Brand systems. Cassi and her husband have an English Cream Retriever named Dakota. BRIANNA VAN LANEN – Receptionist / Project Scheduler Brianna started her career with Invisible Fence by Golrusk in 2011 and she is responsible for scheduling all appointments as well as handling the day to day activities in the office. Brianna keeps a watchful eye on battery plans so they are processed in a timely manner as well as working directly with Diggers Hotline to ensure that all public utilities are marked prior to a technician visiting the property. Brianna is certified by Invisible Fence Brand in Guest Services. Brianna has one dog at home; a Lhasa Apso named Cobi. MIKE CONLEY – Lead Technician Mike began his career with Invisible Fence by Golrusk in 2009. Mike works diligently to install every system to the customer’s specifications while working efficiently to repair wire breaks and other service issues that come up. Mike has installed hundreds of Invisible Fence Brand systems since joining the company, and he’s also working to become certified in pet training. FRED GEOHEGAN - Technician Fred came to Invisible Fence by Golrusk in 2011 and was quick to learn everything there is to know about Invisible Fence Brand systems. Fred also works diligently to install every system to the customer’s specifications while working efficiently to repair wire breaks and other service issues that come up. Fred is certified to install Invisible Fence Brand systems, and he is also certified to train all cats and dogs to the system. Fred and his wife own a Terrier mix named Sadie and an American Shorthair named Tweeter ANDREA SMITH – Lead Trainer Andrea started her career as Pet Trainer with Invisible Fence by Golrusk in April of 2008. Andrea worked in different facets of animal care prior to coming to Invisible Fence by Golrusk. Andrea works with every breed while training to the system and she has done extensive research and studies on animal behavior and characteristics. Since starting with Invisible Fence by Golrusk, Andrea has conducts over 1,000 training appointments annually. Andrea’s training is refreshed annually at a training convention that she is required to attend for certification.
