Puppy Training Classes

Get your new pet started right with our Green Bay classes specifically designed for puppies!

Puppy Socialization:  Open to puppies age 8-16 weeks. This is a new Open Enrollment Class. The flexible rolling schedule allows you and your puppy to join the six week session on any week depending on available space in the class.  In the new Puppy Socialization curriculum, each class session is a self-contained lesson that builds skills and experiences on a weekly basis.  Basic behavior skills and concepts are taught, practiced in class,  then used in a simulated real life setting.   Call Golrusk for more details. The cost of the six class session is $110.

Puppy Kindergarten:  All puppies that have gone through Puppy Socialization are between the age of 4-6 months.  This class will teach the owners and dogs to be a team.  A few things taught in this class will be: walking on leash, sit, down, stand, relax, go to place, coming when called and name response. Six week sessions are $110.

Puppy Playtime

FREE Puppy Playtime: Strictly for proud puppy parents with pups under six months. Starting now, and every Saturday morning, you and your puppy can join in free puppy play time. Puppy play time is from 8:30AM – 9:15AM and takes place right in our Green Bay pet care facility. What makes this program so appealing is that new puppy owners can bond with other new puppy owners while the pups begin to build proper dog socializing skills. Every puppy that joins in the fun must have proof of vaccinations and/or shots started. This is a fun and free program, perfect for any puppy and their new owners. There is no registration required, simply show up and join in the bonding experience.

Tina is great. We have two labs that should have been trained as puppies, but… Tina came to the rescue and helped us take them on as two-year-olds at 70+ pounds each. She gave us lots of great advice, practical techniques, and personal attention. The dogs improved a lot…and loved her visits, even though she was making them behave while here. The dogs are doing well and now spending a lot more family time with us than before because they are well-behaved enough to join the family. Thanks!
